Yellowstone at DCL designs and builds each project according
to the specifications set for the owner. Each Yellowstone home
is custom built to very specific design criteria; therefore,
pricing is very specific as well. We have found that many projects
can be estimated on a "per square foot" basis while
accounting for design complexity and desired finish within the
home. We will give you a confirmed bid quote after discussing
design and engineering specifications.
Our average cost for a turn-key home begins at $130 per
square foot. This cost can increase with desired finishes. Every
home we build is unique to that owner, and cost will vary depending
on your wants and needs.
Unlike other log home companies we will not limit you to
a package or kit. Many times people are lured in with a kit
or package specials and really never have a feel for the true
cost of building a home until it is too late. In addition, when
dealing with a kit company, many times your entire package will
be delivered to your site long before you're ready for those
components. The products are left out in the elements which
can warp wood and discolor interior coverings.
