There are two areas in the construction of a log home that we have found to have the greatest effect on the final cost of any log home project.

Basic log structure complexity is the first. Log loft systems and roof systems, depending on the complexity, can add a considerable cost to the total project budget.

The desired finish has been the greatest variable in our projects. Plumbing fixtures, floor coverings, electrical fixtures, stonework and cabinetry are all subjective in style. The hard costs of these elements vary greatly and would affect the total project cost.
